Dr. Brown is an orthopaedic surgeon with The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group. He is board certified by The American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery (ABOS), fellowship trained in conditions of the foot, ankle and lower leg, and sees patients aged 1 and up.
 
Dr. Brown has a special interest in total ankle replacement, complex foot and ankle fractures, ankle arthroscopy, tendon reconstruction, and ankle arthritis. He has appointments available at our Southeast and Central locations.

Dr. Brown is a graduate of Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Microbiology. He received his medical degree from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.

He completed his internship in surgery at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, Pennsylvania. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at The University of Missouri at Kansas City. He completed his fellowship in orthopaedic surgery of the lower leg, foot and ankle at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas. Dr. Brown is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of the Executive Committee of The San Antonio Orthopaedic Group.

Dr. Brown has a special interest in total ankle replacement, complex foot and ankle fractures, ankle arthroscopy, tendon reconstruction, and ankle arthritis. He is also fluent in Spanish.
