How do I schedule an appointment?
You can call our central appointment line at (210) 281-9595 or if you are out of town you can call our toll free number at
(800) 445-4263. Our office hours are from 8:00 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. If you would like for someone from our scheduling department to call you for an appointment fill out the online appointment request form and one of our staff will return your call.
Before you call to make an appointment, please have the following:
  • Be able to describe the injury as best as you can to our appointment personnel so that they can schedule you with one of our physicians who specializes in that area.
  • Have your insurance card available so the appointment personnel can enter the information.
  • Check with your insurance carrier to make sure that TSAOG is in your network of approved physicians.
 
 
How far in advance should I make an appointment?
The appointment availability of the individual physicians varies. Typically, we can see an emergency within 24 to 48 hours. For all other appointments please call our scheduling department for current availability or submit an online appointment request form.
 
 
What should I do if I find it necessary to cancel my appointment?
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance by calling (210) 281-9595 or cancel your appointment online line by filling out the online appointment cancellation form.
 
 
How many locations does TSAOG have?
We currently have five locations. Please refer to our office location section on the web site for further information.
