Frank K. Kuwamura, III, M.D.

Dr. Kuwamura, III, is a graduate from Boston University where he received his doctorate in microbiology. He completed his internship and orthopaedic residency at the National Naval
 
Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Kuwamura is currently a commander in the U.S. Naval Reserves.

He trained for his interest in the spine by completing a comprehensive spinal reconstruction fellowship at the Florida Neck and Back Institute. Dr. Kuwamura is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and is a member of The North America Spine Society.
