Contact Information
Dr. Rowland is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences. He completed medical school at the University of Tulane in New Orleans, Louisiana. Dr. Rowland completed his General Surgery internship as well as his Orthopaedic Surgery Residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He then completed a fellowship in Oakland, California with Dr. Roger A. Mann. |

After two years of practicing General Orthopaedic Surgery in San Antonio, Dr. Rowland pursued his interest in the Upper Extremity through further specialty training. Dr. Rowland's current practice is in general orthopaedics with a specialty in the shoulder, elbow, and hand.
