Dr.
Viroslav is an orthopaedic surgeon with special interests in arthroscopic
surgery, total joint replacements, and sports medicine. Dr. Viroslav
graduated cum laude from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors Liberal Art (Plan II). |

He completed his
medical degree at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical School
in Dallas Texas.
Dr. Viroslav did his general surgery internship and orthopaedic surgery
residency at Emory University Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta Georgia. He has been in private practice since 1994.
Dr. Viroslav is actively involved
in educational research for total joint replacement. He has been using
alternative surface bearings and minimally invasive approaches to total
hip replacements since 2003. In 2004 he began performing computer navigated
total hip and total knee replacements. His approach to shoulder and
knee conditions are primarily arthroscopic, including the management
of rotator cuff tears and ACL tears.
Dr. Viroslav is fluent in Spanish. |
