Chiro Initial Eval / Re Eval includes medically necessary x-ray

A chiropractic initial evaluation or re-evaluation includes a review of your symptoms, health history, movement, and musculoskeletal function to develop or update your treatment plan. Medically necessary X-rays may be performed when appropriate to support diagnosis and care planning.

X-rays are included only when medically necessary and clinically appropriate. Chiropractic manipulation, follow-up treatment, and other services are not included unless specifically stated and may result in additional charges.
