Established Patient Telehealth Evaluation

An established patient telehealth evaluation is a secure virtual visit for reviewing symptoms, progress, medications, and treatment needs with a healthcare provider. The provider may update the care plan or recommend an in-person examination, imaging, or additional treatment when needed.

Not every condition can be evaluated or treated through telehealth. An in-person visit, diagnostic testing, or additional services may be required and may result in additional charges. If you require additional treatment at the time of service beyond what is included in the service described above, additional charges may apply.
