SI joint radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is a minimally invasive procedure used to help relieve chronic pain originating from the sacroiliac (SI) joint. Using radiofrequency energy, the procedure targets the nerves responsible for transmitting pain signals from the SI joint. This treatment may help reduce pain, improve mobility, and support daily activities when conservative therapies have not provided adequate relief.
