Vertos (Mild Procedure)

The mild procedure is a minimally invasive treatment for certain cases of lumbar spinal stenosis. Using imaging guidance, the provider removes small portions of tissue that are contributing to narrowing in the spinal canal, which may help reduce pressure on the nerves and improve standing and walking tolerance.

This procedure cannot be scheduled or purchased without a prior consultation or initial evaluation by one of our healthcare providers. A provider order is required to ensure this treatment is appropriate for your specific condition. This procedure includes cost of facility, anesthesia, professional, and assistant fees. If you require additional treatment at the time of service beyond what is included in the service described above, additional charges may apply.
