VIA Disc is a minimally invasive intradiscal procedure that delivers a prescribed biologic material into a targeted spinal disc. It may be considered for certain patients with chronic disc-related low back pain when conservative treatments have not provided adequate relief.

A provider order is required to ensure this treatment is appropriate for your specific condition. This procedure includes cost of facility, anesthesia, professional, and assistant fees. If you require additional treatment at the time of service beyond what is included in the service described above, additional charges may apply.
