TSAOG Orthopaedics & Spine bids farewell to Dr. Thomas M. DeBerardino

Unfortunately, TSAOG Orthopaedics & Spine must bid a fond farewell to sports medicine surgeon Dr. Thomas M. DeBerardino.  Dr. Deberardino will be leaving TSAOG effective December 31st, 2021.

Current patients of Dr. DeBerardino will have the option of transferring their care to another TSAOG physician or any other physician of their choice. If you are an existing patient with Dr. DeBerardino or have been treated by Dr. Deberardino within the past two years, please read the letter posted below.  If you have any questions about your medical records or continued care, please call our main office at (210) 804-5400.
