As of today, the city of San Antonio has moved into the red zone. (worsening) Therefore, TSAOG Orthopedics & Spine will require ALL of our providers & staff to be fully masked as well as patients and visitors to wear a mask when entering any of our facilities as we use the same city risk levels.

Just a friendly reminder at this time, below are our current mask guidelines for patients and visitors.

Green Zone – mask use optional

Yellow Zone- mask use requested

Red Zones – mask use required

Own The Bone Symposium Feat. Dr. Kevin L. Kirk

Dr. Kevin L. Kirk, a foot and ankle specialist at TSAOG, co-chaired the Own the Bone Symposium a part of the American Orthopaedic Association’s Annual Meeting in Providence, Rhode Island earlier this month.

During the conference, @drklk discussed with the @txorthoassn the Own the Bone campaign as well as the status of fracture management.

Dr. Kirk makin’ big waves on the East Coast!

Dr. Kevin L. Kirk, a foot and ankle specialist at TSAOG, led a panel discussion during the @aoa1887 Own The Bone Symposium last Friday in Providence, Rhode Island. The Own the Bone program is a national systems-based fracture prevention program that helps physicians educate their patients with ways to reduce future fractures and manage osteoporosis. Along with presenting, Dr. Kirk was appointed as the Vice-Chair of the OTB Steering Committee.

TSAOG is proud of Dr. Kirk’s achievements in advancing bone health education. Way to go!

City COVID Risk Status Updated to Yellow

As of today, the city of San Antonio has moved out of the green zone (Low) and is now in the Yellow Zone (Medium).

Therefore, TSAOG Orthopaedics & Spine continue to require all our providers & staff to be fully masked, and optional for patients and visitors to wear a mask when entering any of our facilities as we use the same city risk levels.
