TSAOG Honors Outstanding Employees

TSAOG would like to congratulate our outstanding Receptionist and Clinical Coordinator of the Quarter!  Each quarter, these honorees are selected through a survey of their peers for recognition for the great work they do.

Michale Bruhl, one of TSAOG’s Operators, has been selected as our Receptionist of the Quarter!  According to John Urban, TSAOG’s Patient Services Manager, “Michale provides over-the-top customer service to our patients calling for assistance.  Anyone who knows her knows she is super pleasant to speak with over the phone, her tone and demeanor is professional and she always is very helpful.”

Congrats, Michale!

Amanda Chapa, Clinical Coordinator to Dr. Christian Balldin, has been selected as our Clinical Coordinator of the Quarter!  Each physician at TSAOG has a Clinical Coordinator who serves as the office manager (and so much more) for his or her individual clinic.  According to Dr. Balldin, “Amanda has done a great job for me as I am continuing to build my practice.  She is very organized, patient and has a smile on her face when dealing with everyone from patients to fellow clinic staff.  She deserves the recognition and the award.  I am excited to have her as part of my team and looking forward to more success in the future.”
